Other General Work

Many of our clients are companies with only one or two roof areas, and require either one off roof renewals, roof light replacements, ad hoc repairs or gutter maintenance work to prevent water ingress into their buildings. Examples of some of this work are show here:
Roof Refurbishment
Overlaying a typical asbestos cement roof using a proprietary spacer system and coated steel sheeting. The installation of additional insulation assisted in controlling the environment within the building, and reducing energy costs for our customer
Gutters
These can be the cause of many roof problems, and may be remedied using a variety of treatments. This picture shows the installation of a proprietary gutter lining system, incorporated into an overlay system.
Flat Roofs
These are often thought of as "nothing but trouble". However, properly installed using high performance felts, they can be long lasting and economical.
