Meet Our Team
When Richard Pausey started the company in 1995 he wanted to work with people who shared his own beliefs about the importance of customer service, quality of work and a real focus on safety issues in developing long-term business relationships with clients.
When Richard Harris joined him soon after the business started it was because he shared similar beliefs and had a desire to put them into practice in a small but developing company.
Likewise when Keith Parker joined the team in 2001 he shared the common objectives and brought with him many years of experience in the roofing and related industries. |

Initially trained in contract management, Richard became responsible for managing major roofing contracts across the Southeast for one of the country's largest refurbishment contractors.
By forging strong links with various contracting companies as required within the industry, and by providing many local, national and multi-national companies with well considered roofing solutions, Richard strives to set new standards of service, quality and safety within the roofing industry.

Keith Parker C.T.I.SAn affiliated member of the Institute of Roofing, Keith has over twenty-eight years experience in the roofing industry. Having worked on historic buildings, churches and even part of London Underground as well as a wide variety of industrial and commercial roofing projects, clients find Keith's advice and support to be invaluable to them. |
With over sixty years combined experience in the roofing industry all our management team are accredited under the CITB Construction Skills Certificate Scheme.
